The M9 Bayonet is a heavier military bayonet with a thicker blade than the original Bayonet. It was introduced with the Winter Offensive Weapon Case in December 2013 and has been one of the most popular knife models ever since.
Popular finishes include Doppler (Ruby, Sapphire and Black Pearl phases), Gamma Doppler, Fade, Marble Fade, Tiger Tooth, Lore, Autotronic, Crimson Web and Case Hardened. M9 Bayonets can be StatTrak but never Souvenir. Price depends on finish, phase or pattern, float, and StatTrak status.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the M9 Bayonet and the Bayonet?
The M9 Bayonet has a wider, heavier blade and different animations. It usually costs more than the Bayonet in the same finish.
Which M9 Bayonet finishes hold value best?
Rare Doppler phases (Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl), Gamma Doppler Emerald and well-patterned Case Hardened or Crimson Web copies are the most sought after.
Why do two M9 Bayonets with the same name differ in price?
Float, pattern and phase. A Crimson Web with a centered web or a Doppler in a rare phase sells well above an ordinary copy.
How is the knife delivered?
WAXPEER is a peer-to-peer market: after you pay, the seller sends the knife to you as a Steam trade offer.
