CS2 pistol skins: what to know before you buy
Every player spawns with a pistol: the Glock-18 on the Terrorist side, and the USP-S or P2000 on the Counter-Terrorist side. Pistol rounds open each half, and eco rounds are played with pistols too, so a pistol skin is one you will see in almost every match. The other pistols are the P250, Dual Berettas, Tec-9, Five-SeveN, CZ75-Auto, Desert Eagle and R8 Revolver.
Popular finishes include the Glock-18 | Fade, Desert Eagle | Blaze and Printstream, USP-S | Kill Confirmed, Five-SeveN | Hyper Beast and P250 | See Ya Later. Pistol skins span every budget, from cheap Mil-Spec finishes to rare collector items, and their price depends on rarity, float, StatTrak or Souvenir status and stickers.
Pistols on WAXPEER right now: 50 skins on this page with 62 345 active listings, priced from $0.004 to $288.38.
Frequently asked questions
Which pistol skin should I buy first?
The default pistol of the side you play most: a Glock-18 skin for Terrorists, a USP-S or P2000 skin for Counter-Terrorists. You spawn with it every round, so you see it the most.
Why are some pistol skins so expensive?
Finishes from collections that no longer drop, such as the Glock-18 | Fade from the Assault Collection, have a fixed supply. Fade and Doppler patterns and low floats add to the price.
Does float matter on pistol skins?
Yes. The weapon is close to the camera, so scratches on light designs are easy to see. Compare floats before buying.
Can I check a pistol skin before buying?
Listings on WAXPEER show the float and applied stickers, so you can compare copies of the same skin before you pay.
