PayPass: a payment password for withdrawals

PayPass is a payment password you type when you withdraw, instead of entering an email code and a 2FA code every time.

See it
On the withdrawal step, the email and 2FA code rows become one PayPass field.
Before you start
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is turned on.
  • Your email is confirmed.
How to set it up

Go to Profile → Security → PayPass. Setup takes three steps:

  1. Create your PayPass.
  2. Enter the code we send to your email.
  3. Enter the 2FA code from your authenticator app.
Password rules
  • From 6 to 64 characters.
  • Not one character repeated over and over.
  • No simple runs like 123456 or abcdef.
  • Not a password known from data leaks.
  • Not your Steam ID.
Too many wrong attempts

After 10 wrong attempts PayPass is paused, not deleted. To unlock it, confirm with your 2FA code and a code sent to your email.

Turning PayPass off

To switch PayPass off you need an email code and your 2FA code.

Keep it to yourself

Don't use the same password as on other sites, and never share your PayPass with anyone.
