Team Spirit Triumphs Over Na'Vi to Win BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024

Team Spirit just took home the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 trophy, beating Natus Vincere in a nearly one-sided BO5 series at Wembley Arena in London. This win not only bags them $200,000 but also gives a direct invite to the BLAST Premier World Final 2024, a million-dollar prize pool event.

Even though the audience support was HEAVILY on Na'Vi's side, Spirit still managed to deliver an impressive performance, ending this BO5 quite quickly. They dominated the first two maps, Ancient and Dust2, were stomped on Mirage, and recovered quickly with a fast win on Nuke that secured their final victory.

Boris "magixx" Vorobiev was happy with his team's performance and didn't really care about the hostile crowd. "Every crowd I've faced was against me. I'm used to it. It's not an issue," he said. Donk's 1.30 rating 2.0 performance earned him his fourth MVP award at just 17 years old.

Na'Vi's IGL, Aleksi "aleksib" Virolainen, admitted Spirit being the better team but remained positive about his team's future: "Even though we lost the final, we showed that we are capable again. We're not the No. 1 team, but we're among the best teams. And that's a really good sign". Same thoughts were shared by B1ad3 before the whole event even started.

Spirit's tough way to the grand finals included a reverse sweep against Vitality in the semis, while Na'Vi earned their spot by just rolling over VirtusPro.
